This special fireside chat will focus on the evolving relationship between Greece and the diaspora community, with open conversations surrounding:

• Greek citizenship processes and wait times
• Communication and support from the Greek Consulate
• Common challenges faced by diaspora Greeks
• Ways the community can support stronger engagement with Greece

Also, THI Directors will give updates on THI Global initiatives and diaspora advocacy efforts.

During the event, attendees will also hear about the recent letter submitted to Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ office outlining key issues affecting Greeks abroad and proposed solutions to strengthen connections between Greece and the global diaspora.

This event is designed to create meaningful dialogue, encourage collaboration, and empower the next generation of Greek leaders in Canada.
