What is included in the package
Entry/ticket to 3 events in Montreal, as per below:New Leaders Social at Place D’Armes Petite Terrasse on Friday, June 28^th 7-11 pm EST. – – The event is cocktail style and includes drinks and appetizers
– Greek Dinner at Mythos Restaurant on Saturday, June 29^th 9 pm. The menu is family style as per appendix A of this document
– Brunch at Hotel Nelligan on Sunday, June 30^th at 11 am. 
What is NOT included
– Transportation services
– Accommodation is not bundled with the package; however, a group rate is accessible at Hotel Place D’ Armes. Participants are responsible for securing their accommodations. 
– Tickets for Montreal JazzFest performances are not provided. Attendees are encouraged to select and organize their preferred shows independently
Payment details and RSVPs
– To secure your spot in the program, kindly complete the registration form available on the THI Canada website
– A registration fee of one hundred and fifty Canadian dollars ($150) is mandatory upon enrolment. Payment can be made through the following methods:

Cheque: Mail all cheques to the address below:

– All payments are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, a credit will be issued for future use towards any THI Canada event

Force Majeure
– In the event that THI Canada is prevented from fulfilling its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government regulations, or any other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure Event”), THI Canada shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations.
– Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, THI Canada shall be entitled to suspend or terminate the program without liability or penalty. In such cases, THI Canada will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to participants and, if feasible, reschedule the program for a later date. However, if rescheduling is not possible, THI Canada reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion.
– Participants acknowledge and agree that Force Majeure Events are outside the control of THI Canada, and therefore, THI Canada shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of such events
